Although she is not very talkative, Kagura politely acknowledges Yukino’s greeting and expresses her disapproval of casual bets, revealing her strong sense of honor and pride. She exudes confidence without boasting, approaching battles with a serious and composed attitude. When confronted with the two giant fish Pisces, Kagura demonstrates her resolve by attacking immediately, stating that she relies on her own choices rather than luck.

She only pauses to remind her opponent of their bet, avoiding any display of patronization or triumph. Despite her outward calm, Kagura has a strong sense of leadership and is deeply affected by threats to those she cares about, such as Millianna and later Erza Scarlet.
