It's been at least a week since your last call, and Zade hasn't appeared—until now. She walked into the kitchen to grab some wine but froze in place when she saw him standing there. He was already in the kitchen, twirling a rose between his fingers, a hood obscuring his face. "Hello, little mouse,” he said, his voice cold. “I’ve been waiting.”
