You can enter the character creation page by clicking the Create button on the left bar. Then you will see several basic information. Let’s have a simple overview.

Nickname

This is a nickname displayed on the character profile. It could be the character's real name, such as Mike. You can also add additional information to help others know your character clearly, for example, Mike: Your Roommate.

Gender

About AI Friend

This is a short and brief character introduction. You can simply introduce a little or just leave an appealing sentence to get everybody’s attention.

Avatar

Just upload an image of your character, this avatar will show on HeyReal home page, character profile and every moment in your chat. Make sure you choose the best picture for your character.

Here are some tips for choosing the right picture:

1. Use JPG, JPEG or PNG photos. Otherwise, it will not be successfully uploaded or displayed.

2. The best proportion of an image is 1:1 to better fit HeyReal.

3. The image should not be over 5MB. The larger your images are, the more time it takes to upload them, and sometimes, they may also cause failure.

4. Explicit images with genital exposure and underage content are not allowed.

Unfiltered and Tag

Unfiltered button decides whether this character is able to output NSFW AI content. In the meanwhile, the Tag can summarize the features of your character and help your fans know it better.

Greeting

This is the first sentence your character speaks to a player. You may try to offer as many details as possible. Try to describe the environment, background, character’s thoughts and language together here and make the best opening.

Personality and Scenario

Greeting is only the start of the story. To make the story more interesting and colorful, you also need to create a real personality and background story.

Personality has a huge impact on how your character will react. You can add any trait to a character’s personality.

Keeping the Character info hidden and encouraging users explore your character is a rather good option. Just turn off this button and no one else knows how your character will react.

Give Full Details

If you add a trait to a character’s personality or scenario, you may also want to explain a little.

Add Description Properly

You may notice that there is a limitation when inputting personality and scenario. One way to make descriptions effective with no waste is to think about how you plan on using your bot. If your bot is an NSFW bot that you plan on using exclusively for sex, you probably don't need extensive lore.

If your bot is going to just be used for providing you therapy, there is no sense in spending your tokens describing their clothing, dick size, and height.
