Direct genital exposure is not allowed.
Violence and inappropriate political content should be avoided on HeyReal.
The real-life image of celebrities, politicians, and your friends can not be used on HeyReal.

Are my accounts and chat private and safe?
Any private content in your accounts, characters, and chat is 100% safe and only visible to you unless you share and make it public.

HeyReal AI doesn’t work, what should I do?
HeyReal will keep updating to give users a better experience. You may need to clear your browser cache to receive the update, or you may encounter some failure.

What is the Bonus Message and how do I earn it?
The Bonus Message is independent of your subscription and will never expire. When there is no message in your plan, you can use the bonus message to continue chatting with characters.
You can redeem or purchase Bonus Messages on the Bonus Page with HeyReal coins, which can be earned by finishing daily and special tasks.

How can I cancel subscriptions?
Sure, enter the subscription management section of the payment app you use, cancel the subscription, and HeyReal will not refresh your subscription next month.
How can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
The refund policy varies depending on the situation. Heyreal will not offer a refund except in cases of Fraud. See more information in the Terms and Conditions.

Where does the chat bot get answers from?
The chat bot is pre-trained based on a large number of books and web-based information. These books help the chat bot understand sentences and logic so that it can organize human languages.
